Disassemble and return

Welcome back to Siddha Meditate. Once we've confirmed the quality of your recordings, it's time to begin the return process. This tutorial will guide you through safely disassembling and packing the equipment for return.

Firstly, detach the microphone wire. Then, begin the disassembly by unscrewing the microphone from the stand, followed by unscrewing the stand from its base.

Next, carefully remove all audio cables from both the Cloud Box and the recorder. To detach the recorder from the cable, simply press on the latch and pull to remove the cable. Please proceed with caution during this step to avoid damaging any components.

Now that you've disassembled the kit, open the briefcase and carefully place each component in its dedicated compartment

Once everything is packed neatly, place the foam protector on top to provide additional protection during transit, then close the briefcase.

After securing the briefcase, place it back into the shipping box it originally came in. Affix the prepaid shipping label on the box, ensuring it is visible and flat.

For return shipping, you can either drop the box off at your local UPS/FedEx store or schedule a pickup. Alternatively, one of our team members can arrange a UPS/FedEx pickup for you. Please communicate your preference to us.
